Hi, nMy second wife also made a fake allegation of assault. I divorced her and she started to make fake allegations about the property. nnCurrently, I am living in Finland and originally from Gujrat stateCould you kindly guide how to tackle this situation?nnThanks

First of all if you have divorced your wife then she has got nothing to do with your property. You both must have drafted a settlement deed before the divorce. For fake allegations you can always file a complaint in writing to the police or even file a defamation suit against her in court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

we will have to contest her claim if it's false and we prove it then she would have no case at all. I think it would be better to contest her allegations do that you won't be troubled to visit India by leaving your work.
