Ex girlfriend complaint against boyfriend

My cousin’s ex has been torturing my cousin and his family by various means. He broke up with her and she is adamant on getting married to him. They were also intimate from mutual consent. So what should we do? He has no interest to marry her and has been trying to break up for last 6 months only to be blackmailed back in to the relationship.

cute in the Civil Court that this lady on one side love she is disturbing your cousin and you obtain an injection order that that lady should not disturb your cousin's personal life without a due process of law
