Ex GF filed a fake harassment case

Hi, I'm a 32 year old male living in Pune. I was engaged to my ex gf and she got pregnant before marriage. Marriage was supposed to happen as usual but suddenly she called off the marriage and aborted the kid and filed a case against me under section 354 and 376. The FIR statement is absurd and she and her family fabricated many lies while filing the case. She has mentioned I repeatedly molested her under pretext of marriage. Am I in risk here?

If she has registered an FIR against you under section 376 of IPC then you are indeed in a danger of arrest as it is non bailable offence triable by sessions Court. You are advised to approach sessions Court for granted of anticipatory bail under section 438 of CrPC

You need to approach the court and procure anticipatory bail for yourself as soon as possible due to said FIR there are chances of you being put behind the bar. Yes definitely there is risk of arrest on you due to registered charges

It is a non bailable offence so definitely you are under some risk of being arrested. However, no case is made out against you since you and her were in a relationship and you had the intention to marry her and the physical relationship was with her consent.
