Ex director of bank (lady) falsely charged for cooperative bank cases

28-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My father was president for one cooperative society and that bank has gone in loss now. My mother was ex director of bank. Many lawyers had FD in bank and now they are purposefully filing case in consumer court against my mother (she has home and site under her name) saying my father was president and done fraud in bank and have made properties in wife name. They do not have any proof that money has been taken by my mom to make those properties. Still by bribing judge as they all are lawyers have made judgement against my mother to pay all FD amount. It's about some 1 crore amount and we do not have that much money to pay. Also bank is in loss so without doing proper investigation on bank simply they are trying to loot from single person who do not have done any wrong. Court has issued summons for my mother. What we need to do in this scenario as we do not have anybody support because opposition is lawyer.

Dear Sir, Your mother absolutely not liable to discharge such amounts. She must take the matter to the higher Courts and get stay order. Be informed that consumer Courts orders are not effective and cannot be implemented so easily and see that no properties are standing in the name of your father and mother.

firstly how did your mother got the property from was it self acquired or has she got it from her ancestral and if not both then when the property got transient her name whether before this fraud matter or after the fraud matter. it's not just a simple matter that we can discuss over. we need to see the documents and need to discuss everything for which we can request you to please come down to office and can have the discussion over the matter.
