If you have proof of the blackmailing - chats, call recording etc then you can file a police complaint against him and register an FIR against his actions. At such times it’s advised to safeguard yourself with quick legal action. In case you delay your action it creates the chance of being called as an afterthought or a tactic of harassment.

You can file a complaint in your local police station about the blackmailing done by your ex boyfriend. You can also file criminal complaint for physical exploitation done by your boyfriend during the relationship.. You need save the conversation in which he is threatening you that he share the photos and videos to your parents.. Also advisable to inform your parents and take them in confidence about the same issue. Regards

You will have to approach the police station and file a complaint against him. However, before approaching the police keep all the evidence handy such as screenshots of message or call recordings in which he is threatening

Well, you can get a FIR lodged by filing a Police Complaint with the concerned Police Station under the concerned provisions of law. Appropriate Sections of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and IT Act, 2000 will be imposed upon the accused person, that is, your BF.

You can file an FIR against him in your nearest Police Station under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Electronically sharing any females private images or videos is a cognizable and non bailable offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
