Can I produce electronic evidence in court when I don't have originally device. I have only data copy and paste in many computer or pen drive. Can I submitte in Court. If all relevant and not tempered

your query can only be replied by taking into account the entire gamut and facts of the case. however you can lead electronic evidence in court by filing an application for the same and by filing certificate u/s 65B. Thanks

Hello, The electronic evidence is admissible in evidence and can be filed before the concerned court alongwith an affidavit under the evidence act in support of that. Do consult a lawyer and show the evidence you wish to file
