Even after having balance in my Paytm Fastag, it showed low balance

Even after having balance in my Paytm Fastag, it showed low balance at Sikar toll due to which I could not pass the toll. We were 5 members of the family. I kept fighting with Paytm customer care for 2/3 hours but no solution was found and finally I made a fast tag of another bank and crossed the toll. I was going to Jaipur. Due to this I suffered both financial and physical loss. I want to file a defamation claim on Paytm. Please advise me if this is possible.

You can file consumer complaints under section 35 of the consumer protection act, 2019 and claim for the financial and physical loss. Court under section 38 of the consumer protection act, 2019 can direct the opposite party for redressal of your grievance according to the powers conferred on it by the consumer protection act, 2019 and also can order for adequate/compensation damages to the complainant and against the opposite parties in the interest of justice.
