emotional distress, false accusations, threats, and even health issues

11-Apr-2024 (In Criminal Law)
girlfriend made false accusations and threats throughout the relationship. Breakup occurred right before a critical exam period (IELTS & GRE) for pursuing Master's studies abroad. Ex-girlfriend and her friend ignored attempts to communicate and resolve the situation. False accusations and stress led to a mental breakdown, heart attack, and hospitalization. Continued attempts to clear were unsuccessful, impacting health, exam prep, career, and reputation.

You need to obtain Anticipatory Bail, if any FIR has been filed by her against you. Thereafter, depending upon the facts of the false FIR, you can move before High Court to quash the FIR under section 482 CrPC.
