Effect of court case on government job

Can case like 354,509, 67 IT act etc.. molestation affects the government job? If I send offensive comments (no pics ) on whatsapp personal chat of a girl, or posting some offensive comments on Facebook. Can I say sorry to court or any other pardon to free me from it.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very much serious in nature . in this matter yes it will definatelly effct your carrier as well. there are ways through which byou can get free from the case and your case may get cancelled.
