DV CASE : FILED IN AUGUST 2018 against husband and in-laws 4 hearings

Hi,
I have filed DV Case against my hudband and hid elder brotherabd his father.
I have demanded my house which is in joint name of me and husband and he is not taking it's possession deliberately.
Now it has been 4 hearings and none of them have accepted the court summons. In the last date the judge acknowledged the summon on husband as served since he was trying to delay deliberately and said to send the other two summons individually but again his father and brother have not taken it.
My query is that how the court will punish them.
I want to get my house because i am livibg4in my father'shouse with my small daughter but mainly i want these three people to be punished.
Please advise.

Untill and unless the summons are effectively served they will not come up before the court of law. You can get the summons published in the newspaper that in itself constitute proof of service of summon and again if they are not coming before the court seek an exparte order.
