During Prooceding False Document Produced

During the proceeding if the opponent bank produces false document i.e. false application no, false signatures of applicant and co-applicant and false loan agreement than can the court take cognizance on information by the complainant as per Crpc 340 & 195 and on application can the original Document can called out for FSL.

yes.. dear..Whoever gives or fabricates false evidence intending thereby to cause, or knowing it to be likely that he will thereby cause, any person to be convicted of an offence which by the law for the time being in force in India is not capital, but punishable with imprisonment for life, or imprisonment for a term of seven
