During construction of our house in 2005, we asked help of neighbour to have our wood placed for some days in theirs land. In 2005 itself when tried take it back they stopped and claimed nas it belonged to them, we have filed complaints and police can't do anything. Now the trees are degraded almost. Is there anyways I can receive compensation and them punished

Dear Client Don't panic According to your issue you have to lodge a new police complaint and get court direction to file FIR against them. I will help you. it should be proven in the court. I will prove that. please contact me thanks and regards
