Drunk drive in Hyderabad first time offender

I have been found driving post consumption of alcohol in Hyderabad and my BA reading was 39. I am a first time offender, my vehicle is not confiscated but my RC has been taken by police. What would be the future course of action? Will there be a jail term? Does this type of case has any adverse impact in future?

within the next 15 days, you will be notified by the Police Officers to visit the Court and pay the fine. So while visiting the Court make sure you are dressed decently, carry an id proof, and Cash to pay the fine. In the Future, don't drink and drive. If you get caught again then it would be saved in the history.
