Drug Trafficking on my car without my knowledge.

Drug was trafficked on my bike by my son's friend's friend without our knowledge. I'm working abroad and will come next week. What's the legal procedure I should take?

the person in whose is the registered owner is held responsible for the acts committed by making use of the same and it is also observed that the owner should know the use of the same. anyway as your son is not involved in the case. you need not worry and in case your son also being made as an accused on the case,he had to defend that

Whether ur son is made a accused? Anyway the vehicle involved belongs to u. It is material object in the case. So u can get interim custody through court. The vehicle will b liable to b confiscated once the case is over irrespective of conviction or acquittal.
