Driver of the company was caught on cctv footage robbing from ceo's house. He told the cops he shared the money with me. Whereas I am inncocent.

When the police calls you to give statement, you should tel the truth that you were not involved. You should exactly tell the police where and what were you doing when the driver was caught stealing from the CEO’s house
