Driver not returning car (Light commercial vehicle) demanding money

I had a verbal agreement with a person, he will drive the car for an office duty for 5days/ week. I will not pay him any salary. The car will be kept with him all the time so that he can attach the car with a private vendor at night and earn through that. Now I want my car back but he refuses to return it and is demanding a lot of money. he is threatening that he will not do my duty and also not return the car unless I pay up, Please advise

dear client as per your query since you are the owner of the car so you must be having papers of the car so you can get your car okk and also elaborate and say you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...
