Drink nad drive case and background case

I was caught driving a bike, in 2016. They took me to police station & took my breath analyser. Then they gave me court receipt. I went to court on given date & i plead guilty, then i paid fine. Will this have any record, so that in future if i apply for govt job, as there is background check, will this appear. Or m i ineligible for govt job?
no you are not convicted so there is no problem in getting noc for job and there is no record is maintain for fine only if convicted then you will get a problem for job however don't repeat it and don't mention about this facts in your resume it will trubble you in future
