Dowry Case / I filled the dowry case against my husband But i wan my h

I filled the dowry case against my husband. But now i am will to take back the case and wanted to live my life with my husband. Till to my husband is in contact with me and we chat and video call s well. But my mother in-law, father-in-law & brother- in law are not letting to come to live a life with and they wanted to get married to relative girl and they brain wash my husband. Is there any way i can fight for my husband to come back to me.

refer your cases to mediation and talks face to face with your husband and sort out the problems between you and take back all the cases which you filed against your husband and family, if they not agrees file restitution praying to rejoin with your husband .

You can delete the name of your husband and continue your litigation against others. You may file Restitution of Conjugal rights case against your husband snd Domestic violence case against your parents in law You may get issue a legal notice

Yes you have an option to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights. The Court will order to him to join matrimonial home and also there is a chance to join with you valunterly by him.
