Dowry 498A at Alwar, Rajasthan and Domestic Violence Act 2005 at delhi

My name is Amit from Delhi a govt servant. Wife has labelled fake charges under section 498A and 323 of the Act at her working place Alwar, Rajasthan. The proceedings of the same are continuing I go to Alwar for hearing. On 8/8/19 I got 3 summons in the name of my parents n me from metropolitan magistrate karkardooma court, delhi. My question is: if that shrewd lady filed fake charges of dowry u/s 498A. The DV case will proceed or not in delhi court. Is this not multiplicity of litigation. Plz help me in this matter. DV is a civil or criminal suit ? Taking bail is necessary in DV case ?
hello amit in this matter the cases which ur wife have filled is seems to be very much planned litigation .you are able to brake the plan of ur wife by giving her a required answer in return as a retirn case gift by the process of transpher petition as well as other things which could support you.
