In the district court there are two judges (JMFC and Session judge), if the magistrate cancels bail application then where do I file it again?? To the Session judge in the same district court or to the High court?

In case, your Bail Application gets rejected by a JMFC, you can either file a Review before the same JMFC or can prefer an appeal before Sessions Court in the same district & if the Sessions Court rejects your Bail Application, then you can either file a Review before the same - Sessions Court or can prefer an Appeal before the Honourable High Court of the concerned State.
