Doubts regarding quash petition

25-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My parents filed case against our neighbors and they made a counter-complaint containing baseless and false allegations against me & my parents. 2 charge sheets were filed, but my name was not charge sheeted because there was no evidence against meI am a student and hence my neighbors plan to drag me into the case and use me as a pawn to strike a compromise. Despite not being charge sheeted I received summons along with my parents stating that the judge took cognizance and I had to attend court session. We plan to approach high court to get the case quashed. How are we supposed to proceed?n1. request to quash only my name (or)n2. request to quash my name and my parents names in 2 different petitions (or)n3. request to quash entire charge sheet/FIR including me & my parents - if this is the case, even if my parents name is not quashed will my name be quashed?nnI am not well-informed with law, so please ignore my mistakes if any.

hi first we need to see whether the police had filed any supplementary chargesheet in the matter and also the proceedings in which magistrate took cognisance of the matter and based on that you could apply quash petition
