Domestic violence,mental torture of women and children need a legal

Need a legal protection plan/actions stop the abuser that torturing us for 3 years to safe me and family in low financial limit or avail government facilities like shelter,foster homes and others my job is in secunderabad, Telangana

hi if he is abusing continuously for 3 years then you could file petition for domestic violence in court to stop the harassement of mental and physical abuse and could file residence petition under domestic violence act
