A girl who is about to be 18 years in 27 days is tortured, sexually harrassed by his dad, and has to suffer of domestic violence wants to get out of her house once she is 18 and wants to stay with her elder sister who is married and has a business. So can the victim do that without any case being filed against her by her parents??
It is right time if she files a case under POCSO act she will get relief and can jail her father for the henious crime he is doing, you must not delay in the procedure, there are judgements as well as imprisonment will surely happen and he will be taught the right lesson

hi, surely she can do the same once she is an adult then definitely she can have the option and can easily go and stay with her elder sister and no one can stay her back or can bind her, and if the parents file a case then she has to state the same along with all the incidents that had happened with her to the police personnel.
