Domestic Violence, Physical and mental abuse

I am a 16-year-old, my dad abuses me and my mom. I am too scared to live in this family and house. None of my relatives are reliable. I want my parents to remove their parental rights from me and hope for adoption and also want my mom to be divorced. But I and my mom are not financially stable since my mom is a housewife. I don't know whom to ask help from about this legally.

498A as: Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty. Whoever being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects her to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term, which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to a fine.

You may file a NC case in nearest police station against your father. Also, you may file an application for Maintenance under section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code. You may contact for further details.
