Yes a married daughter has an equal right in the property of her Father. However she can on her own will and wish relinquish her rights in the property in name of other successors through a Relinquishment Deed

Q: I wanted to know what is the best way to transfer property

I am the own son and my father wants to transfer the property in my name in his lifetime what is the best option that we have.

You may register and execute a gift deed. so that you will not have to pay the extreme amounts of stamp duty. and once the gift deed is registered, the property will be transferred in the name of son.

Maine ek hospital me 15 lakh deposit diya tha medical k liye ..uske against me maine security chq liya hai aur sb 500 k stamp paper sb term and condition mentioned kiya tha ..but ab mujhe waha se shop band krni hai aur deposit refund lena hai ..samne wale ko maine written notice bhi diya ki mujhe paiso ki jarurat hai ..but 3 month ka time diya ..but after 3 month . again 3 month wait krne bol rha hai ...maine o kaise personal loan lekar diya tha ...is case me kya action lena chahiye

The validity of Cheque is 3 months. See if the Cheque is valid and deposit in the Bank. If the Cheque Bounces you can file a complaint under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Q: Son blackmailing parents of committing suicide

My brother has been mentally torturing my family since many years. He wants my mom's house to live there only. My mom allowed for some years and recently found out he indulges in all bad habits. So now he is living with us. He constantly threatens to kill himself. My parents fear him and whenever they try to talk to him he threatens them of suicide. Says things like "you'll find my body tomorrow" and then my parents back off out of fear. He even drank phenol once only to threaten them. He does acts like not eating for days, running away from home to get what he wants since almost 10 years now. He has also been emotionally torturing me all these years by blaming me for all his acts that he is doing xyz because of me. My parents used to believe him and scold me until recently. Now they have understood his intentions but as parents are helpless and extremely afraid of him. They are even afraid to say anything to him because they think he might go and kill himself. What can I do?

Yes your sister has a right in the property of your parents. However you both are equally entitled to the property. So it will be divided equally between all the successors.
