Go for complaint under DV act and maintenance crpc and also filed civil suit for stay if any property on the name of your husband… after that file a complaint to ssp for dowry after that u got him under pressure and this might settle ur status

hello hope your fine. sorry for delayed reply as I was out of country. you can narrate your grievance in detail to me. in case there is physical assault on you FIR can be registered against the person's. simultaneously application under protection of women from domestic violence act can be filed.
