Domestic Violence and Child abduction. Seeking legal help

After 15 years of abvusive marriage i decided to start the divorce process. Unable to accept my decision, my husband conspired with my parents and family to abduct away my 4 yr old daughter. I went to court and filed a haebeus corpus on my daughter and while the court was hearing the case, my entire family violently arrested me and threw me into a preplanned psychiatry hospital. Where I was involuntarily held for about 2 months. I was heavily sedated and given ECTs and Narco therapies for nothing. I was treated inhumanely and asked to withdraw the existing case. My husband stole a huge amount of money from my loan account while I was in hospital. He had my belongings with him all through my illegal confinement. He took me to a lawyers office and made me sign on papers that i am giving up my maternal rights to my children and i won't press any charges against them in future and also i have no rights for ancestral property. Its been three years and I don't have access to my kids.
