Does quashing petition by me is intimated by court to opposite party

An fir is lodged under section 323 504 506. If I file quashing pettition in hc court. Does opposite party be informed by hc court. Does the complainant also receives notice of quashing of fir?

Yes the opposite party will Also we serve serve by the notice either the High Court will serve the notice or else the lower can also inform the other party might only inform the other party because for quashing both parties are needed in High Court

yes you have to serve the respondent parties at time of filling the writ petition, it's mandatory then only registry will accept your matter. however nothing would change even if respondent are there, if you have case on merit.

Yes in the absence of complainant, quashing will not be done.
High court will give proper opportunity to the complainant to show prima facie case in his favour and also why is FIR should not be quashed.
