does ndps charge effect abroad higher studies

I have been charged under ndps 8(c) 20(b)(ii)(A) recovery on me was 50g dry weed but I didn't have anything on me while police caught me. in the fir its mentioned that I was in a room with the peddlers but they caught me when my friend was waiting for the peddlers somewhere else and at a different time I was sent to judicial remand after that.Does this affect my chances of going abroad for studies and also how to quash this case. I have been in rehab for 4 months after that case does it help?

hi yes you could file quash petition to quash the charges and whether chargesheet had been filed in the case amd that you could also file petition to expediete the hearing of the case and otherĺ remedies
