Does court instruct ADR more than once.... ?

Hi, what if someone has been falsely charged with 420, 504 and 506, after an engagement. How many times the court will instruct an ADR?
yes , if there is chances of settlement and if parties are both have vested interest and issue involved with some financial transaction , it's discretion of court referring to ADR but only with the consent of both parties .

Dear Sir,
It has become common to file such false case. Better you approach High Court under section 482 of Criminal procedure code and get it stayed and quashed. If you allow to file charge then it will take 3 years to complete trial, then appeal. Procure all necessary documents to prove such case false.
