Well, if you have won the case in Sec 353 of the IPC and as such, the FIRv& Criminal Proceedings have been quashed against you, then, you will certainly not face any problems in future except that in background check, it would appear, that, once in lifetime, FIR had been lodged against you under Sec 353 of IPC and you have got cleanchit in it
