Doctor advised wrong medicine due to which miscarriage occurs

My wife was 5 months pregnant. She got fever last week and we went to doctor. The doctor successfully tested her and had done some tests and ultrasounds. Then she advised some medications for 3 days. After taking that medicine for 2 days, my wife got bleeding during midnight followed by miscarriage.
