We have got bail order with 30000 security. But court is not taking FD. Is there an option apart from giving home papers..list of docs that we need to have while giving surety for bail...

You just need to have a proper Home or Office Address and ID Proof in order to execute Bail Order as Surety apart from the worth of security which you have to deposit with Court, it is refundable if accused gets clean chit from Court.

Well, you need to have an address to show to the Court, while giving surety, whether that can be your own Home Address or address where you are residing as tenant, Court has to make sure, you belong from good family and can be relied upon as Guarantor
