Do pocso covers gay minor boy 15 year as per FIR. He met me at night as per his will at my house I was not aware of his age. His father filed pocso 7, 8 case 377 on me. He knows his son is gay but not mentioned it anywhere in FIR

One has to understand that yes it is applicable to every person of any sexual orientation. The supreme court has time and again pressed upon the need to lower down the pocso age limit and has quashed multiple FIR on consensual relationship being termed as Rape or offense under section 377. In my opinion you have two resources, apply for anticipatory bail forthwith and also seek quashing of the FIR.
