Divorced lady relationship with married man

If a married man has sex with divorced lady.Can any action be taken against him

A married person having sex with any person other than their spouse is committing adultery. In this case the married man is committing adultery, the divorced woman is committing fornication.A Married man having an extra marrital affair or maintaining live in relation with another lady is a moral wrong and not a legal wrong so no legal action against him for that sort of thing.

yes, criminal action can be taken, if the sex has been made under a promise of future marriage, complaint can be given in a local police station or directly to a magistrate and action can be taken, punishment would involve imprisonment of upto 7 years
