DISMISSED ON WITHDRAWAL cases affects govt job police verification ??

Agar koi criminal case ( like - ipc 354b ke jesa ) Court me pohchne ke baad DISMISS ho jata hai WITHDRAWAL karne ki wajah se to kya uska government job ke Police verification ya background verification pe koi prabhav padta hai or kya ise attestation form me mention karna jaruri hai Because case to ab dismiss ho chuka hai withdrawal karne ki wajah se.
You need not write down about the case and all while filling your government forms as the case is already dismissed as withdrawn and are free to apply for any government jobs. And after sometime it will also not reflect on the PCC if you apply for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

see the order of withdrawal all things are mentioned there why the case was withdrawn ,what are the other probabilities may other things have to be seen only then u can deside whether to mention anywhere or not ,you understand it should be buried for ever.

Agar compoundable hai tau compound kar sakte hai magar compoundable is not amount to acquittal. Therefore you need to hire advocate to get the FIR quash in this case.
