Hey Doc, The symptoms yous shared needs a diagnosis first. 1.How did, and where did the sexting happened..? (Instagram/WhatsApp) 2. Is the Chat history still there..? 3. Did you mention the Caste(at least surname) on your matrimonial website..? 4.They called to reject based on your caste. did you call/text him after the call for justification..? Following are like first aid kits but for the detailed treatment diagnosis is important(talking to an advocate in detail) 1. IPC sections like Cheating, misrepresentation etc(Criminal) 2. IT Acts like 66,67 etc(Criminal) 3. SC/ST Atrocity.(Criminal) 4. File a Suit for Compensation(Civil) You can take home remedies like talking to your friends and family and visit Police Station but it is strongly advisable to talk to an advocate knows what to reveal and how to reveal the facts.
