Yes, there are possible solutions. You can approach the court that granted bail with an application for modification or relaxation of bail conditions, explaining your financial hardship and inability to meet the solvency and cash deposit requirements. Courts sometimes allow adjustments or alternative securities if justified. I recommend scheduling a consultation so we can review your bail order and prepare the appropriate application to seek relief.

If you are unable to meet the bail conditions due to financial constraints, you may file an application before the same court seeking modification of bail terms under Section 440 CrPC. Courts have discretion to reduce surety amount or allow personal bond if justified. Attach documents showing inability to pay and request relaxation or alternative conditions. Also cite relevant judgments where courts have relaxed stringent bail terms in deserving cases.
