Difference between Ipc 354 And Ipc 354A

What is difference between IPC 354 and IPC 354A..Also if someone touch from behind in crowded bus will it comes under ipc 354 or ipc 354A?
It will come under 354A and the police can arrest that person without warrant though it's a valuable offence and police bail can be taken. The offence is punishable with an imprisonment upto max. 3 years or with fine or both.

For now I see 354A, 354D, 509,506 sections and Supreme Court categorized these as serious offences in multiple judgements.
Don't worry, in these type of offences, only a Woman Police Officer has the right to record your statement.

To grant a bail or not in these offences is completely upon the discretion of the Court like murder and other serious offences.
