Did some wrong construction by neighbour to my side

My neighbour did some little wrong construction to my side of house I am telling him to not do this But he did What to do

you should first give written complaint to local police station and problem still not resolved after complaint than you need to file a case in the District court where property is situated. you can even give complaint to municipal office of area where property is suited.

a stay on the construction can be obtained from the court. a complaint can also be made to the mcd if your neighbour is constructing something illegal. you can also seek compensation for damage caused to your house.

You should file an RTI regarding that matter and put a case of illegal construction or permanent injunction also . First of all you will hire an good knowledgeable advocate of high court then they will provide you better legal consultancy regarding that matter
