I had booked a europe tour with a agency in Bangalore. When i booked , i was quoted a price and i was informed that there is another solo passenger and we both will be sharing accommodation. I had paid as per quoted charges. Two days before the departure date, i was told that the co traveller visa is rejected and i will have to stay single in the room and hence i have to pay additional amount of approx 1 lakh more.
