Demand of bribe case - wrong judgment by trial court

08-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My father was falsely trapped by ACB in 2003 in demand of bribe case. He was unfairly convicted in 2010 by trial court, & currently the appeal is pending in Telangana HC. During pandemic lockdown when I read judgment I noticed that the grievance of complainant stated by trial court judge in the judgment was entirely different from the grievance stated by complainant in his written complaint. No judge has the right to alter the grievance, so, do we have any remedy for this mistake to get justice?

hi as the appeal is still pending in high court then you could raise this issue when the appeal comes up for hearig and could argue that the judge took contrary view to the view raised by complainant and could prove your innocence
