Delay in serving notice to police, what legal action can be taken?

Delay in serving to police by court clerk ( to help the accused ) after Court issuing proclamation under section 83 against the accused. Can we give in writing / complaint to magistrate about this.

You can mention before the court on the next date fixed. This is a procedure for putting pressure on accused to surrender. If police is not taking action the court has power to take action against the erring police officer.
