Defamation Suit from a doctor against online review

Visited a doctor for my mom's face pigmentation treatment. After consulting doctor for multiple sittings, things turned worse. So we connected with another doctor and got things resolved. But we had left a Google and Practo review. Now doctor has put a defamation suit against my mom. Doctor claims he has consent form from the patient. The consent form was forcefully taken after 3rd sitting when things started getting wrong.

You can get issue fitting reply legal notice and take appropriate defence. Nothing to worry about the proposed defamation case because it is at preliminary stage and not filed in the Court. Dear you have to see things to believe it, but unfortunately people see a good reviews in the review section over the internet and fall for wrong things , anyways what's done is done , things can't be changed , if the doctor is too adamant to withdraw, I guess which he is , he would have filed for defamation along with the damages incurred for reputation, hence my advice is things have gotten out of hand and placed before the court , so kindly hire a lawyer and defend yourself
