Can someone file defamation suit for exposing him for being abusive and exposing his wrong deeds ?nwhat is the ground reality of defamation suits in India , does Court favours abusers in such cases ?

defamation suit is essentially for- when someone has said something against you and that's totally untrue and it's harming your reputation either in public or private. although court favors evidences
