Defamation of mine and my daughter and they want us to leave the home

My in-laws alwz put me down, when my mother in-law expired they have not mentioned my name in paper as family members everyone came at home they mentioned that she dies because of me. Can I suit any case against them

Let me get this correct, your name was not put in the Obituary section of the newspaper by your in-laws because they have believe that your mother in-law died because of you? So because of this incident, you want to file a case against your in-laws? Right? Well, technically you can.. but honestly this will further jeopardize your bond/relation with them! Are you at this stage already and see no repair in the foreseeable future? Take legal action only when you see no HOPE in future.. otherwise try to rebuild and regain their trust. Also we need ascertain who is on your side so that we can accordingly decide this.
