Defamation case filing regarding
19-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My wife had filed a false 498a case against me, my younger sister who is studying and my age old parents. My younger sister name was removed by the IO during investigation and my parents were discharged in the case by the trail court. Only iam facing criminal trail. I want to ask whether defamation case can be filed by my sister and my parents against my wife and her parents.
