Defamation Case against Flase 126B Case

Dear Sir,
Ex Employer Sued me under 126b and other sections.
this was reported in major new papers as well.
Police investigated the case and found no evidence, subsequently they submitted the B report to court.
Is it advisable to go for defamation case, after this case I lost my job and still unemployed and still in depression because of the mental trauma.
Kindly help how to go ahead if there are any legal remedies available for me at this time

it's not cleared by you case dispose or only reports submits B report.
if case not disposal you have no chance to any react.
