Death of a pedestrian walking on the middle of the road by car acciden

Sir, while I was driving, I hit a person walking on the middle of the road, to avoid hitting him, i turned my car around and went and hit a tree, yet i injured him, I was sober and not overspeeding, he just came after a blind turn , I took him to hospital and got him admitted, yet he passed away while undergoing treatment. Now I have a section 304A filed and received a notice under section 41-a crpc. A cctv footage of all this is with the cops. I was sober but they claim that I was intoxicated. How do I proceed with this?kindly advice.
hello client as i can see ur issue in this matter you need to take bail as you have been charged with 304a . in this matter you need to take care if the case you nèed to fight the full case.. as well as you need to hire a advocate also. in this matter you need to take care of case very well otherwise it may lead to punishment also

As mentioned , that a case under section 304A which is death by negligence has been registered against you , in such a situation it is utmost necessary for you to appoint a lawyer and get a bail from Court.

you can file discharge application saying all this stuffs. if it is allowed than you vl b discharged. but if not then in trial you will have to defend yourself. in evidence. in trial you will get opportunity to defend yourself.
