What is the procedure to be followed if we have some doubt in the death of a person, should I file a complaint in police station
Hi,
Write a formal criminal complaint to police station.regarding this are the reasons I have doubt in my .... person death so kindly take necessary action . If u know any doubtable person name means u can mention it. That based police will take a legal action against the persons also.if they are not taking any action against the persons means U can approach the high court that based u will get Justice....

the person has not mentioned when the death was occurred and the mortal details of death, it is possible under ipc, the person has to identify the place, date, time of death of the person then only complaint shall be made
